Summer solstice has come and gone, and the longest day of the year is behind us already. Independence Day celebrations, fireworks, and cook outs are now on the very near horizon and nothing says summer-time like fresh corn, watermelons and peaches, all of which are found right here at your local food co-op.  So far, for June we have seen a total of 6% growth over last year’s sales.
